Katheryn Gronauer is an executive coach and corporate trainer who helps professionals live, work and thrive in Japan. Her specialties include leadership coaching, cross-cultural transition, and wellness programs.

She has a degree in International Business from Sophia University, a certification in training and change-management from ATD, and a coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She was raised between Japan and America with firsthand sensitivity to the cultural differences and challenges that expats encounter every day.
