In this VERY special 2-year anniversary episode, I open up about my recent 2-week plant medicine dieta in the jungles of Peru. I was deep in the jungles of Peru for a 14-day plant medicine dieta with Papa Gilberto--a Maestro who comes from a powerful lineage of Maestro’s. This journey was the most challenging and confronting thing that I’ve ever done, and I’m excited to share some of the lessons and downloads that I received.
