419 Passion, Purpose and Lasting Legacy Monday Mentoring

Hey there and welcome to Monday Mentoring on The Today's Leader Podcast. This last weekend I had the opportunity to share a recording experience with a band putting their debut album down. And what a great experience it was.



I'm not talking about a young band who were excitedly putting down their first recordings, I am talking about a brand of brothers and long-time friends and musicians who were creating a legacy for their musical journey. Band members, the oldest 65 and the youngest 37.



They had scrimped, saved, and sacrificed to stay in one location (Agnes Water) and spent two weeks together, recording, refining, and polishing 16 songs for inclusion on their album, which they will produce on vinyl. All self-funded, all with very little expectation of recouping that, just the joy of putting down something for posterity.
