Wonder Women is going strong! And this week I'm proud to be chatting with someone I knew well while considering my own Dare into performing arts which I ultimately leaned back from. This Wonder Woman in particular, Madeline Smith, did not back down from her dream of pursuing the spotlight. Today, she's got the distinguished honor of being the youngest-ever female to conduct in a Broadway orchestra pit as part of the team for "Waitress," a musical led by an all-female team headlined by lyrical wonder Sara Bareilles.

Go and catch Waitress on Broadway at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, 256 W. 47th Street in NYC. Tickets are available here.
