When speaking to the Pharisee’s, Jesus said, the coming of the kingdom of God is something that cannot be observed. The Pharisee’s were looking for the messiah to come in power, and for the kingdom to be manifested physically before their eyes. They were longing for an immediate change to come and stop their oppression, and usher in a time of peace and new life.
