Lewis Howes has a great podcast that I recommend EVERYBODY listen to. It is called the School of Greatness. His podcasts are geared around self development and he has also authored a couple of great, best-selling books.
Gary Vaynerchuk is my absolute favorite to watch on youtube. His gritty style and blunt honesty make him easy to love for some, and for others not so easy. Being a fellow New Yorker, I love it! I own 3 of his 4 books and I love them all. Would highly recommend any entrepreneurs to check him out.
