My husband and I are working on a massive project right now.  We call it "Multi-Family Migration".  We have been grinding to get this done.  It's all being bootstrapped so I'm the grunt worker and he's the face of this operation.

Building a business is always hard, but for us, we're also running the same household.  This means that we don't have the luxury of working together too often.  At any given time, one of us is working on making a living to survive, while the other might be running a kid to practice with the three-year-old in tow.

My point is that we are not at a phase where we can hire long-term yet.  We can muster the funds for project-based tasks, but we haven't gotten to the point where we get to hire for the sake of taking something off the plate yet.

Now I'm at a point where I'm starting to research how to take a break without losing momentum.

I'm on a quest for information about micro-breaks if anyone has any.
