Do you ever notice patterns in your life? Not just in the day to day, but over seasons or years? Seasonal Depression (also known as Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD) is a common phenomenon where people experience a depressed state in a specific time of the year, typically Fall or Winter. A milder form is known as the Winter Blues - general feelings of sadness during colder months.
