Deborah Evans is the CEO of For Children’s Sake of Virginia (FCSVA). A graduate of Catholic University with a Master’s degree in Social Work, she has worked extensively with children and families since 1992. Deborah came to For Children’s Sake of Virginia with a professional background in finance and is a veteran of the USMC. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Diplomate, a Certified Sex Offender Specialist (CSOTS), a Certified Sex Offender Addictions Specialist, a Certified PTSD Treatment Specialist as well as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Deborah has a significant background in working with family and individual trauma both through her work at foster care agencies and in her private practice. She loves to ride her road and trail bikes on the weekends and participates in long distance organized rides. She enjoys time with her beloved family, friends and pets and loves to travel as often as she can.

​Kelley Willis attended George Mason University for her undergraduate degree and Virginia Commonwealth University for her master’s degree in Social Work. Kelley has worked with children and families for over 15 years and has been with For Children’s Sake of Virginia since 2006. While in graduate school, Kelley had an internship with a Therapeutic Foster Care agency and fell in love with the work. Kelley has been a case manager, supervisor and now a director with FCSVA and plans to continue to help the agency grow and succeed.  Kelley enjoys being outdoors, exercising, spending time with her husband and three children, traveling to new places with friends and family and listening to music.

For Children’s Sake

For Children’s Sake (FCS) is a private non-profit corporation founded in 1997 and incorporated in Virginia in 2002.  FCS provides a variety of services to adults, families and children in our community, including adult mental health support, therapeutic foster care and pre-adoptive services, supervised visitation, mentoring and outpatient therapy.  We have locations throughout Northern Virginia, and have a culturally diverse staff that is professional and well trained in a number of human services fields.  FCS also believes in giving back to our profession and community and has always provided training to local colleges for students in need of internship practicum experience.
