Yoga Therapy in the Orthopaedic Clinic with Sarah Martin

In this episode, I interviewed Physician’s Assistant and Yoga Therapist, Sarah Martin. Sarah specializes in Upper Extremity Orthopaedics and Chronic Pain at TRIA Orthopaedic Center in Bloomington, MN and integrates her knowledge and expertise in both western medicine and yoga therapy to the clinical work that she does. We talked about the clinical work that she does and the yoga therapy services that are offered at TRIA. She also offered advice for Yoga Therapists who are not medical professionals in approaching doctors and other medical professionals about brining yoga therapy into their practice.
