In this episode I had the privilege of interviewing Dr. Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, Certified Yoga Therapist and Founding Director of the Guru Ram Das Center for Medicine & Humanology. We shared a conversation about the early days of her work in Yoga Therapy with those suffering from HIV/AIDS in the midst of the crisis of that disease in the 1980s. We also spoke about the approaches of a Kundalini Yoga Therapist, the language and evolution beyond yoga teacher and what excites us most about the field of yoga therapy today.
