Ellie Knaus talks about writing a book about overcoming anxiety (which bred a lot of anxiety), podcasting in her car, showing off her tap dance skills in audio form, growing up in Houston, going to Smith, getting a nose piercing for one day, wanting to be on the CW, being diagnosed with a one in a million bone-dissolving tumor the size of a plastic easter egg, sitting on the couch and realizing she was still worthy of love, writing 80,000 words and not looking at them, unmedicated births, not wanting to be seen out of control, having your own back, wanting to create quality charcuterie platters, and raising kids.
