How this exercise will support you

We will be focussing on releasing any habits that aren’t aligned with our intentions. Many spiritual traditions hold the view that self-reflection and awareness of our patterns is the first step in breaking habits that are no longer serving our highest intentions. Rather than thinking of habits as “bad” or “good” we invite you to reflect on which habits are serving you and which are no longer serving you. 

Before completing the following exercise, we recommend you take some time to unwind and connect with yourself more deeply. You might like to take a walk, soak in a relaxing bath or sit quietly and sip a cup of your favourite herbal tea. When you’re ready, grab a pen and your journal or some paper and we’ll begin.
