Wolfgang Puck is hanging out his latest restaurant concept to open in DC, Cut, in the Rosewood Hotel on 31st Street in Georgetown. A chef and friend to the stars he sits down with Tommy to share stories from his childhood and career; discusses the resiliency of the restaurant industry, stories from Pablo Picasso to Gordon Ramsey - he is the OG of celebrity chefs.
