This episode is a little bit different than normal in that you're kind of getting a two for one deal. I am talking to the two young founders of Wutzu, which is an online shopping service focussed on local ethnic, organic and specialist stores – however, I interview them separately.

Even though they are only in their 20s, they both have a story to tell and a drive and a passion for helping others.

One episode released this week and the other comes out next week.

In this episode, I'm talking with Hevar Abrihem who came up with the original idea for Wutzu.

His Kurdish background taught him how food can be at the centre of any community and his experiences growing up in England showed him how important it is to find where you belong.

In our conversation, we explore such subjects as:

how you should always focus on doing what you want to do
the importance of finding your way of learning
and how to cope with constantly being judged.

He also shares with us what he believes is the number one killer of a startup.
