Today, our guest is Dr. Qiana O’Leary. Dr. Qiana is an education reformer and author who has spent her years of service founding charter schools, establishing nonprofit organizations, and mentoring students. She believes that a quality education is the foundation for success in life, and hopes to use her influence to create more inspiring learning environments. Dr. Qiana has recently published her first book, Lead with Truth, which challenges educators to create an environment where students are encouraged to find their passions and pursue them passionately.
