One of my pet peeves is parents pulling their children out of school for a long absence. They expect you to invest a lot of time and energy into making sure Johnny stays "caught up." With my instruction, you have to be in class to not fall behind. Running off a few worksheets isn't the answer, especially since most students won't do the assignments anyway. If you're a teacher that invests more on missed work than the absent student, then tune in to the internet radio show for teachers by a teacher...The Teachers Lounge!
