During the course of the school years, we as teachers receive all types of students. Many times these students carry labels either from the school system or themselves. The education system likes to say we challenge students but what does that mean? Does labeling students winners or losers really accomplish much in our classroom? In this episode we feature a successful teacher Aaron Donaghy. Aaron is a high school teacher from Michigan whose innovative Leadership class and curriculum helps show what students are truly capable of. His teaching has inspired the students of his school to do impossible things and has spurred the creation of a non-profit organization, GO Effect (http://goeffect.org/).
