From Theory To Practice - February 24, 2021 - Core Strategies: Managing Puts & Calls Early

As Kai and Dr. Jim continue our Core Strategies series, we take a look at the management of naked puts and naked calls. Specifically, we examine managing these strategies early at 21 DTE. What we find is that by taking our trades off after the first half of the expiration cycle, we are able to not only improve our returns, but more importantly, we’re able to substantially reduce our risk.
