This week on The Tarot Diagnosis Podcast, I open up about my surface-level relationship with The Fool and the journey I took in search of depth and meaning. It was during this month-long journey that I started to apply various psychological principles to the first card in the Major Arcana – like the theory of attachment, the experience of anxiety, and the liminality of identity development.

However, it wasn’t until the recent changes with the podcast that I started to assign the word “Resilient” to The Fool. So, I dove back into my reflections and realized this card, that often feels so shallow, might actually be the wisest and most resilient card in the whole Tarot.

*This episode was influenced and inspired by the work of Yoav Ben-Dov, Rachel Anne Williams, the Buddhist principle of non-attachment, attachment
theory, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.*
