Brian Kropp is a distinguished vice president in Gartner's HR research practice. He oversees Gartner’s research, tools, services and support for CHROs and their leadership teams. Before joining Gartner, he worked in a variety of roles, conducting different types of economic analysis to drive critical business outcomes. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in economics from Clemson University, and a doctorate in public policy and applied economics from the University of North Carolina.
