This fall I'm releasing bonus episodes of The Take Home. No new lectures on leadership, instead I'm sharing the amazing podcasts created by the students in my Leadership for Sport Professionals class.

Today's bonus episode features "Two Leads" produced and created by Wilson Hamilton and Delaney Dougherty. In the podcast, Wilson interviews Chase Bartlett, a former college tennis coach and the founder of Bridgible Tennis (https://www.bridgible.com/).

Chase emphasizes that empathy and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment are vital. He also highlights why great leaders develop relationships (connections) before they jump into a task and discusses the difficulty of being on a successful college team that was informed it lost funding mid-way through the season. Lastly, his philosophy, "There's a difference between the easy way and the RIGHT way" is such a great mantra for leaders of all ages!

I would be grateful if you'd let me know what you think at @TingleJK.
