This fall I'm releasing bonus episodes of The Take Home. No new lectures on leadership, instead I'm sharing the amazing podcasts created by the students in my Leadership for Sport Professionals class.

Today's bonus episode features "Inspire Her" produced and created by Britney Goodwin and Ben Hanley. Britney interviews Coach Cheryl Fillmore, the first female Athletic Director (AD) at West Oso Independent School District and one of 30 current female AD's at the high school level in Texas. During the interview they discuss path-goal leadership, coaching philosophy, her efforts to lead each individual according to their strengths, rather than to fit her personality, and the trials and tribulations of being a female athletic director.

I hope you enjoy and would be grateful if you'd let me know what you think at @TingleJK.
