In this bonus episode, I'm releasing my conversation with Trinity University alumna, Megan Selmon Kelly.

Megan was a key member of the Trinity Women's Basketball team (@TUWBBall) which won the NCAA DIII (@NCAADIII) National Championship in 2003 and is currently the Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

She has a long career as a U.S. Diplomat and comes from an amazingly successful athletic family.  During our chat Megan talks about the lessons she learned from her family, from Becky Geyer - her Trinity basketball coach, her teammates, and U.S. Abmassadors and other State Department leaders. She details why trust matters, that preparation is the key to success, and why great leaders focus on serving and caring. Her mantra, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, run together" is an inspring message for leaders - at whatever stage in their journey they find themselves.
