In this episode, we're taking a step back from our minds to really begin observing how they work. 

In Human Design, the mind tends to be thought of only as something that can take you off your path. And while it has the potential to do that, only viewing the mind as such doesn't account for its beauty and purpose in HD. 

We'll look at what's really supposed to be directing the vehicle (a.k.a. your body) and how your mind can take the wheel. We'll also talk about how you can begin to step away from your thoughts and become an observer of them. 

This is all part of the deconditioning journey, so listen in to gain a new perspective on the mind and how you can relate to it.
