The Way of Inanna: A Heroine's Guide to Living Unapologetically

Seana Zelazo brings a robust background of experience and education to this work, both in traditional and alternative healing. She is committed to the balanced integration of body, mind, and spirit.

As an intuitive channel and spiritual coach, she accesses the Akashic Records to read the soul and bring clarity and insight to an individual. Seana’s work helps clients to move through internalized limitations and release patterns that are no longer serving them, so they may access and live at the highest level of consciousness available. Seana is able to draw on her expertise in the complementary arts; having studied Shamanic Healing, she is also a Reiki Master, and graduate of a year long training in Psychosynthesis. She merges these holistic approaches with her intense academic training undertaken during her Master’s of Social Work degree from Smith College.

Having worked as an LICSW, Seana began her social work in end of life care in hospice both as a grief counselor and from a spiritual perspective, acting as a midwife to the dying in the transition from the physical to the spiritual realm. Subsequently, Seana had a private psychotherapy practice in Newburyport, MA for several years. She is also an author.

Furthermore, Seana rounds out both the spiritual and intellectual with her somatic training and background as an elite runner. Seana is a two-time Olympic Trials Qualifier in the marathon. In addition to her own athletic endeavors, Seana acted as an assistant Cross Country and Track coach at Amherst College. She also had an extremely successful private practice as a Sports Massage therapist treating some of New England’s most established athletes.

Seana combines her skills in body, mind and spirit to help her clients to identify and access their own power. One of Seana’s strengths as a guide is to facilitate the development in her clients of their own nascent psychic gifts.

Myth Made Manifest

Over 4000 years ago in ancient Sumer, some of the first mythographers inscribed the stories and myths of the Goddess Inanna on clay tablets in cuneiform. These incredible findings were unearthed, and the fragments were painstakingly pieced together and translated.

What they discovered were the ways Inanna was heralded as a goddess who embodies polarities: impatient and deliberate, an attentive lover and fierce warrior, connected to fertility as well as death—making her an accessible, relatable, and inspiring representation of the Divine Feminine as she stands in her power and multidimensionality. The Way of Inanna: A Heroine’s Guide to Living Unapologetically is a field guide to heart-centered living through the wisdom of the Sumerian Goddess of Love.

Each chapter deconstructs sacred narratives in which the Goddess navigates the seven gates of her soul’s journey from awakening to ascension. More than a simple retelling, the book is myth made manifest in which Inanna becomes a means to accessing our own ascension and alchemical magic within our modern, contemporary context.

With a combined psychotherapeutic and spiritual approach, author Seana Zelazo offers rituals and practices to help readers connect directly with Inanna. From harnessing your sensual energy to reclaiming the generative capacity of the Divine Feminine and identifying and amplifying your life’s purpose, you will discover the ways Inanna’s process is your own.
