This week on the Vill House Podcast, we are back to our normal grind after a much-needed vacation.  We discuss our first week in Phase 1 of the "75 Hard" program we completed a few weeks ago.  If you're not familiar with "75 Hard", a simple google search will give you all of the info you need, however it is a metal toughness program started by 1st Phorm CEO Andy Frisella.  It is a great program and we recommend that everyone do or at least look into it.  Of course, check with you're doctor to make sure that you're good to go with this program.  Phase 1 is the next step to take after completing the 75 days of "75 Hard" which is where we are at now.  All the links to learn more about "75 Hard" are provided below.
