Meltdowns in kids any age are tough. We think they’re bad and must end and that children need to learn to control themselves, certainly after five or six, and not be subject to meltdowns. A meltdown is your signal of your child’s pent-up unexpressed emotions that need to come out. Ever had a “good cry”? You feel better afterwards, right?
