Kim is the co-founder and COO of Howamigoing, a London-based HR tech start-up that helps employees of small to medium size businesses succeed, by getting better feedback, more often.

Kim grew up in New Zealand where she led marketing teams for two of the ‘big four" banks and gained her Chartered Marketing qualification before moving to London in 2012. In the UK, she’s led marketing and product teams in some of the country’s most successful tech businesses including Tesco.com and Just Eat. Her experience working in world-class businesses with terrible performance management and feedback processes spurred her on to co-create Howamigoing.
