In a class I was teaching recently, full of student teachers, one student who had been teaching for years, and had come on the course for her first teaching qualification, couldn't understand what the point is of student centred learning. She said: I have a week to get my students through this exam and then it's onto the next lot. I don't have time for student centred learning. Me: Tell me how you teach them. She said: Lecture because it is quicker to get the information out. Soooo sad Here's my guide to Student centred v Teacher Centred Learning. https://landing.mailerlite.com/webforms/landing/v7c7o6
