This week on the Team Lally Radio show, our special guest is Kim Green of TK Green Home Inspections. We welcome Kim back to the show and he tells us what has changed in the home inspection business as well as the new technologies that have made the inspections more efficient.

Who is Kim Green?
Kim Green has been in the construction industry since finishing high school. He served in the U.S. Air Force in crash rescue from 1975-1980, started working for himself in 1985 and became a licensed contractor in 1989.
After moving to Hawaii in 2002, he started Home Inspections in 2004 after being certified. His wife Toni is his partner with T.K. Green LLC, Home Inspection Hawaii.
