I found Tristan through her instagram page, Tristan Katz Creative, when she started putting out LGBTQ Inclusivity content for yoga teachers. Over the last several months Tristan has put out a series of posts that help educate yoga teachers around language, pronouns, what to do when you fuck up, and finding ongoing support. Alongside this work, Tristan is also a business consultant for yoga teachers and healing arts professionals, and a graphic + web designer. You’ll hear a little about Tristan’s story in the episode, but I highly recommend that you check out Tristans website and instagram. She’s on instagram at t m katz creative and her website is tristankatz.com

The conversation that Tristan and I have is really an extension of the work she’s been putting out for LGBTQ inclusivity in the yoga world.
