"Should I do a Master's Degree?"

Business, psychology, and geography teacher James D'Souza usually has questions from his high school students to discuss with Playful Strategy Consultant Willem van der Horst. As the school year has come to an end, students also consider what's next, and one recurring question for Bachelors' graduates, is "Should I do a Masters Degree?"  This is also Willem's birthday episode! Sorry about the technical issues, we had to start Zoom over three times and stitch the videos together in the end, but it kind of works and we have a good conversation about the pros and cons of studying for a Masters - knowing we are both biased in that neither of us has studied for a Masters degree.
