Business, psychology, and geography teacher James D'Souza usually has questions from his high school students to discuss with Playful Strategy Consultant Willem van der Horst. This week James picked a fantastic question to discuss, a topic many of us have to deal with at one point or another:  "How can I work with someone with whom I have nothing in common, who thinks nothing like me, and with whom I have no feeling? Need help!"  We talked about problems, problem definition, the importance of being specific, the Dunning-Kruger Effect, Non-violent communication, Getting Things Done, being open and vulnerable, the importance of having a diversity of perspectives to solve problems, and more.
