When we are stressed, it is not unusual for it to negatively impact our ability to sleep. But sleep is critical to our ability to cope with stress and to stay as productive and creative as possible, avoiding the cranky irritability that goes with not getting the quantity or quality of sleep we need.

In this week's episode, Kitty talks about an article she found that offers some tips on how to improve the quality of your sleep. The article is entitled, "Improving the Quality of Your Sleep," found at "Set to Go" (https://www.settogo.org/improving-your-quality-of-sleep/).

Kitty also mentioned that she was promoting her "Jumpstart Your Job Search for 2021 Program" and the promotion will be ending on Sunday, January 31, 2021. If you are interested, take a look here:  https://boitnottcoach.samcart.com/products/jumpstart-your-job-search-program-2021-group-coaching/.
