In this week's episode, Kitty brags on three of her clients who have just landed new jobs in the last couple of weeks. This is significant because the pandemic has slowed down the hiring process, and the last "success story" Kitty knew about from any of her clients was from last May when a client landed the job of her dreams.

These three individuals were successful in their job search because they were diligent in their search and that stuck to the process even though it was such slow going. The pandemic has been a factor as many companies slowed down their businesses and thus, slowed down their hiring. These success stories indicate to Kitty that things are [finally] on an upswing.

Listen to what Kitty shares about the clients who landed their new jobs for some inspiration, and if you think you might be ready for a career change, think about setting up an appointment to chat with Kitty. She offers a 20-minute Discovery Session. Her calendar link is at https://teachersintransition.com/calendar.

If you aren't ready to talk to Kitty yet, you might be interested in a webinar presentation that she shared with the University of Virginia's Alumni Career Center recently. You can watch it by clicking on this link:  https://event.webinarjam.com/register/27/37l4qalx.
