In this week's episode, Kitty brags on three of her clients who have just landed new jobs in the last couple of weeks. This is significant because the pandemic has slowed down the hiring process, and the last "success story" Kitty knew about from any of her clients was from last May when a client landed the job of her dreams.

These three individuals were successful in their job search because they were diligent in their search and that stuck to the process even though it was such slow going. The pandemic has been a factor as many companies slowed down their businesses and thus, slowed down their hiring. These success stories indicate to Kitty that things are [finally] on an upswing.
