Laurie & Matt share the 3rd list they've started curating in their Sourcebook, a journal of ideas, concepts, and information that defines who they are and what their life stands for. We each have a Sourcebook, and you either write and live your own, or allow it to be written for you.

This week they explore the role models that have been inspiration for actions, decisions, and development of character, and how important it is to keep these individuals in our hearts and minds as a personalized support group. Parents and teachers are prone to focus, often with great consternation, on the role models our teens gravitate towards, forgetting that our own models of character are their to help us in the toughest of times. Role models are human, and like us they are not perfect, but they have developed the ability to handle aspects of life that we can learn from and aspire to.
