...Make kids see that the world is built to reward those who excel in school and place them above those who fail in school.

Let them see that all those who have a job and make more money than their Dad do so because they did better than their Dad in school when they where kids. If their Dad had done better he would be earning more money than them today.

You should make kids see that the difference between them living in a big house vs them living in a shabby studio apartment in a dangerous neighborhood when they are 60 years old depends on their academic performance today.

Create Heroes for the students to look up to and strive to become or excel beyond by sharing and putting before them success stories in different fields and professions.

Put before them real life stories of everyday people who succeeded in making something out of their lives and becoming valuable members of the society.

Let them see the journey of what their commitment to education did to improve their lives and empower them to improve the lives of others.

It should be so real to them that when they see someone with a fancy car and a high paying job they don’t just see the fancy car but see through it that it was that person succeeding in school as a kid that was the staircase that enabled the person get the high paying job that made the fancy car possible.

It should be so real to them that when they look at a janitor they would know the only reason that person is not wearing a suit in an office and making a lot of money for doing much less work is because they didn’t succeed in school as a kid (whether it is their fault and not their fault, The difference between them and their own well to father is their education). Kids should know that if one or both of their parents didn’t succeed in school as a kid it would be their Mum or Dad who would be the janitor.

Make kids see that the world is built to reward those who excel in school and place them above those who fail in school.

Hebrews 12:2 KJV
