Real Talk: The Massive Mistake I've Been Making in my Business

Real talk! Let’s chat about this mistake I’ve made (and keep making) in my business. Let me give you a hint. It has to do with all the “SHOULDS” being shouted at us entrepreneurs from all directions. 

“You should be posting on social media every day!”
“You should write e-mails every week!”

“You should be on this platform and that platform and that one!”

With “shoulds” coming at us every day, how are we supposed to stick to one, simple strategy to grow our business?

Can listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos and reading blog posts actually create chaos in our business lives?

The answer is YES. It happens to me all the time. I listen to one podcast, and suddenly I’m down a rabbit hole on a topic that wasn’t even on my radar 20 minutes before. (Hello shiny object syndrome!)

In this episode, I’ll teach you how to keep your blinders on and stay focused on the things that really move your business forward. I’ll remind you about values and trusting your instinct - because (repeat after me) you’re a smart and savvy business owner!
