Best piece of advice you've ever received: Whatever you set your mind to can be accomplished if you let go of doubt and really believe that it can be done. When you are confronted with an obstacle. Say to yourself. There is a solution. I just need to stop, take a breath, and think this through. Once I am calm and focused, a solution often presents itself. It is my go too when times are hard.
