Burnout is when your body physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually can no longer adapt.

How do you know when you are burnt out?:

1. Emotional numbness
2. Detachment 
3. Low creativity
4. Loss of purpose
5. You feel you are running no where
6. You feel tired and fatigue
7. Losing interest in things you love
8. Low or no motivation
9. Losing track of time
10. Loss of appetite
11. Confusion


What leads to burnout?:

1. Feeling underappreciated
2. Doing unfilling things
3. Not making time for yourself
4. Slow results


Tips in dealing with burnout:

1. Speak up and ask for help
2. Set boundaries with yourself
3. Self love
4. Self care
