Heather Kolwich is a working mom of 4 with a Master’s in Brain Rehabilitation and is also a Brain Health Coach. She knows first hand how it feels to be overwhelmed and stressed! When brain fog, low energy, lack of motivation and a spiralizing negative mindset set in she knew she had to make lifestyle, fitness and nutrition changes and fast. In her coaching programs, Heather demystifies brain science to tap into motivation, improve productivity, increase energy, and empower her clients with self care tools. All of these lead to her clients reaching their true potential.
