1. I 1st do a life Update: In this, I go through the pie chart categories of my life, I journal where I presently am and which direction I want to go. The categories include:
1. Finances
2. Carear
3. Relationships (Friends & Family, my Boyfriend)
4. Mindset/ mental health
5. Fitness



2. Questions I ask myself for leveling up in life
1. what is something you want to work toward
2. what is something new you want to try
3. why do you want to improve your life
4. What do you need to let go of
5. what about your life right now are you happy about
6. what are you most proud of right now



3. If I am struggling in the mental health category, I ask myself certain questions to get me out of a rut
1. What’s keeping you from living your dream life?
2. What makes you feel powerful?
3. What makes you feel powerless?
4. Name someone who inspires you, what qualities do you admire about them and what Qualities in them can you see in yourself?
5. What is holding you back?

16. Write about a time when you felt really proud of yourself and what you did to achieve that feeling.
17. Write about a time when you faced a major challenge and how you overcame it.
18. Write about a person who has had a major influence on your life and why.
19. Write about a place that has special meaning to you and why.
20. Write about a personal quality that you would like to improve and how you plan to work on it.
