Repeating Toxic Relationship Cycles

I am a narcissist abuse survivor. In this podcast episode I’m sharing my self reflections, I discovered while I was still in the abusive environment.

It hit me like an epiphany. I realize that I was the creator of my own suffering. I begin to describe the realizations and during the conversation my now ex covert narcissist had dialed my phone. There’s a brief pause but you’ll hear the ringing in the background.

I continue on with the story and share how I realized I had repeated another toxic pattern by entering into another unhealthy relationship with another covert narcissist.

This is how I learned my lesson.

Something I also learned was knowledge applied is wisdom and power. Knowledge that isn’t applied is foolishness.
