Fearful Thoughts: 2timothy 1:7

Lately, I’ve been focusing on the subject of procrastination. 

This conversation, “fearful thoughts” originally started, from an observation of myself. 

I considered, what is behind my procrastination. Often, it is just my thoughts. My thoughts influence my emotions which then influence my behavior….Not to act….on things.

As I think of multiple reasons why, I can’t do something, shouldn’t do something right now, or etc….

The excuses disguised as ‘reasons’. The negative thoughts disguised as ‘thoughtful planning;’ consume me and I begin to feel heavy and stressed over thoughts I’m creating myself alone.

Sounds a little like self sabotage.

For years I failed to see this bondage I was continually participating in.

As I felt trapped and unable to act on my goals.
Unable to follow through in relationships.
Unable to….

Realizing that I have the ability to change my present and future experiences by choosing healthier thoughts has been a phenomenon in creating my personal reality.

I no longer wish I had, I Do.
I no longer wallow in complaints (of should have, would have, and could ya), I ACT.
I no longer find misery in people to keep me and my bad choices company, I CREATE INTERNATIONALLY.
