As one of the most non-violent people on the planet I can appreciate a legit attempt to curb violence in our schools amongst our young people but this is just sickening. This law says that no matter the age a kid who injures another kid in school fight no matter the age or circumstance will be charged wiht a felony no matter the age. Right, so a 1st grade felon, really? This is out of hand. Here are my thoughts.
