Previous Episode: Talking Saints - Dominic Savio
Next Episode: Jose Rodriguez Returns

In today’s episode, Marianela Nunez and Mike Walsh welcomed South Jersey Scholarship Fund (SJSF) board members Monsignor James Martin, President Emeritus of Camden Catholic High School; Christine Messina, Vice President at AllRisk Property Damage Experts; and Mariann Gilbride, Director of Development for the Diocese of Camden. From the Office of Catholic Schools, Superintendent Dr. Bill Watson and Communications and Marketing Manager Mary Beth Peabody joined the lively conversation as well.

Msgr. Martin may have said it all when he recalled families coming to his office at Camden Catholic to say they couldn’t return because of the cost, and how grateful he was for any available funds to help them stay. A South Jersey business leader, Christine speaks about the importance of businesses, like her family’s, supporting Catholic education so it doesn’t become an option solely for the elite. You’ll hear about great celebrations as our schools honored “Rock Star” teachers and staff this week, and so much more. We could have gone way longer than 54 minutes, but we didn’t :)

To support students in Catholic Schools or considering a Catholic School, the race is on with the SJSF’s “Spring Sprint for Scholarships.” To donate, go to: https://16042.thankyou4caring.org/south-jersey-scholarship-fund
