On Episode 5 we're Talkin’ About the older generations and their mental health. What was it that made it such a taboo topic to talk about? Because they didn’t have any labels or diagnosis, did this mean that mental health problems essentially didn’t exist? What affect did the war have on our current mental health? All things we touch on to understand what changed and why some older people are still strict about not talking. This episode is dedicated to our grandmother who passed away aged 92, two weeks before recording. She was a listener and followed our journey all the way.
