Heading up a band, playing in front of a mere 50,000 people and touring the world sounds like an intensely full-time role. Don't be fooled, Daniel Winter-Bates, lead singer of the band Bury Tomorrow is as grounded as you and I.

He is not your ordinary musician. Whilst doing all of that, he still works as an Operations Manager at NHS Southern Health Trust and absolutely loves it.

Daren't we say too much, as all is revealed in the latest episode of the Talkin' About Podcast in this special guest feature.

Stay tuned as the podcast grows in a positive way!
