Year End Performance Reviews

Reviews are an aspect of measuring team members in the workplace. When done properly, they provide insight on areas where team members have improved, where the business relationship needs work, and provide marker points for conscious development. Goals and benchmarks help enhance the success of the company.

When it comes to romantic relationships, just like the workplace, people want to see and measure the success of the relationship which is a lot of the reason why relationship escalators are common, but how many people actively evaluate aspects of their relationship beyond the escalator?
